Compensation Systems
Our consultants work closely with client management to
develop a collaborative, consensus building process with other members of
management.
During the phases of a typical compensation
engagement, our consultants:

Work with
members of the client’s executive team and/or Board to develop a total
compensation strategy. This helps ensure that the compensation program
objectives are clearly defined and support company goals right from the
start;

Assess the
competitiveness of pay levels, practices and overall program framework,
compared to appropriate benchmarks, as well as the internal program
objectives;
-
Review cash
and equity based incentive programs, including the pay-performance
linkage and performance metrics;

Assess
compensation communication efforts in conjunction with all areas of
administration of salaries, bonuses, benefits, stock options, etc.

Identify
ways to improve the effectiveness of the compensation program; and
-
Work with
each client’s management team to identify any potential modifications to
the total compensation and incentive program designs, as necessary.
